Two days ago, a couple of new residents arrived on the SoulManager sim : Roze Aabye who will be setting up her shop, and Dust Aabye who will be building his residence. Welcome everyone!
I’ll throw out a link to Roze’s (furniture?) shop when it’s up and running and include her business in my ongoing advertising and promotion campaigns.
I sold another 4096sqm of mainland in the Tatarstan sim today, which resulted in a small profit, but nothing shocking. Prices for land are slowly rising and definitely more stable then they have been in the past two to three months. A total of 6176sqm is still available in the mature Ezquerra sim (SLURL) and that land is actually where I used to run the club and casino when I first started out in SL. It’ll be strange to see that land go, but I don’t have use for it anymore, so it doesn’t make sense to keep it around just for old times’ sake.
